Return Policies

Within 14 days from the delivery or receipt of the product, the Buyer has the following options:

1. Exchange the product for a different size;
2. Exchange the product for a different product;
3. Return the product and receive a refund.

It is important to note that shipping costs incurred when returning the product are not covered.

Rules for complying with the return conditions:

1. Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the order (this period cannot be extended).
2. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging and in good condition.
3. The product must be undamaged and unused, maintaining its original appearance (undamaged protective films, undamaged surfaces, undamaged components, etc.).
4. This rule applies if the returned product is non-defective. Essential changes to the appearance of the product cannot be considered changes necessary for inspecting the product.
5. The returned product must be of the same as the one the buyer received.

When sending the returned product, it must be accompanied by:

1. Products with labels and original packaging;
2. A filled-out return form.

Refunds for returned products will only be made to same payer's bank account within 14 calendar days.
